  • About our classes

    Our classes utilize the reformer, Pilates chair, jump board, traditional mat exercises and more!

    Our classes are designed to adequately challenge each individual and our team of experienced teachers can modify or level up exercises based on your unique needs. Don’t be surprised if your teacher adjusts your spring (resistance) or gives you individual attention.

    If you’re new to Pilates, don’t be afraid of the apparatus - Pilates equipment was designed not only to challenge but also to support.

  • Reformer 1

    New to Pilates? Our Reformer 1 class is the best place to begin your practice. This open-level class moves at a slower pace, allowing you to build a strong foundation in the Pilates principles, proper alignment and core engagement. Expect thoughtful instruction, personalized guidance and a supportive environment.

  • Reformer 2

    Reformer 2 is our signature OP class. Expect a faster pace, heavier resistance and more intricate variations - all with the same expert guidance! We recommend having previous reformer experience or at least 20 Reformer 1 classes before joining us in Reformer 2.

  • Pilates Plus

    Our Pilates Plus class is a unique class for the intermediate to advanced student who’s looking to be challenged by the Pilates chair, reformer and other props. The vibe and class structure is your teachers choice! This is a great class to make a special request in! Expect a fun, sweaty class with unique programming from your favorite OP teacher.

  • JUMP!

    Looking for a little more cardio? Jump! classes utilize the reformer jump board to give you that cardio burst. Combined with traditional reformer exercises, this is a great full-body workout sure to get your heart pumping.

  • Core & Restore

    Every athlete needs a day off from training. Our Core & Restore class is a delicious blend of myofascial release, stretching and gentle core work. This class is open level. Expect low lights, soothing music and restorative movement. You’ll walk out of the studio feeling like you just had a full body massage.
